Vinyasa Flow Practice

Restorative Asana Practice
In this gentle practice we will calm the mind and body to create space for curiosity and to access the wisdom within.
Meditation
Experience tools for managing emotional reactivity so you can bring your best self to more interactions.
Individual & Group Reflection
We will guide you through personal introspection & group discussions to support you in exploring who you are and who you want to be.
Grounding Activity
We believe in learning through doing, through experience. At every Urban Retreat we include a surprise activity to help us engage with the theme. Past activities included collaging, massages, crafts, and journaling.

Allison is a familiar face at many Baltimore yogi favorites including Sedona House, Pilates House, Maryland Club, and Corepower Yoga. Allison integrates humor, creativity, and passion into every class.

Tereza’s passion is at the intersection of movement and mental health. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins and teaches yoga in the Fells Point area.
